Development is Fun!

When Santa brought this awesome fire station, we were very excited about it. Unfortunately Nick was so overcome with excitement that more often than not he would use the station as a climbing apparatus. So, it was moved into the guest room for safety purposes.

About two weeks ago Nick followed me into the normally locked guest room and rediscovered the Fire Station. I caved and brought it out into the living room. It has been so neat to see how his play skills have developed in the past 2-3 months! He moves the firemen around and is actively trying to engage with the mini-furniture, rather than make the whole thing a piece of furniture to climb.
