Nick is 6 months!

We took Nick for his 6 month well-baby appointment this morning and he did great! Here are the latest stats (percentiles based on his adjusted age):

Weight: 15 lbs (50th percentile)
* up from 12 lbs, 2 oz, which was in the 50th percentile at 4 months.

Length: 24 1/2" (35th percentile)
* up from 22", which was in the 5th percentile at 4 months.

Head Circumference: 43 cm (65th percentile)
* up from 40 1/2 cm, which was in the 70th percentile at 4 months.

Nick is almost meeting some of the milestones they check for at this age (rolling from back to belly), and not quite others (passing objects from one hand to another, babbling). As always, it's expected that he might not be meeting all the milestones yet, because he was 6 weeks early and the milestones are based on his chronological age.

Since we had just been to see a pediatric Gastroenterologist, there wasn't much to discuss about his reflux this time. She said he is looking great and is developing just fine.

At the end, Nick got 2 shots [Pentacel (DTaP, HIB, IPV), and Prevnar] and Rotateq (a rotovirus oral solution), all of which he didn't enjoy, but he did fine!
