We took Max for his 2 month well-baby appointment this morning and he did great! Here are the latest stats:
Weight: 11 lbs, 0 oz (50th percentile)
* up from 6lbs, 8oz, which was also in the 50th percentile at 11 days.
Length: 22" (50th percentile)
* up from 19", which was in the 10th percentile at 11 days.
Head Circumference: 38 cm (25th percentile)
* up from 33.5 cm, which was in the 5th percentile at 11 days.
He is meeting all the milestones they check for - smiling at/with us, lifting his head during tummy time, sleeping and eating sufficiently, etc. So, he's obviously growing and thriving!!! We got some advice for helping with his baby acne (which doesn't include Baby ProActive) and don't have to go back until he is 4 months!
He also got 5 shots (DTaP, Prevnar, HIB, IPV and HEP B), which probably hurt us more than him. He slept most of the day and was still running a fever that night, but he is in much better spirits!
